missingWrote a review on Nov 17gorgeous poolcentral locationnoise issues
The pool area is gorgeous and well kept, offering a perfect spot to relax after a day out. The location on 5th avenue allows easy access to nightlife and local shops, making adventures convenient right outside the door.
The experience can be marred by noise—ground floor rooms especially suffer from thin doors and walls, making poolside chatter and nightlife unavoidable. Additionally, plumbing issues arise with only cold water in the sink and a lack of amenities, like proper towel service, while the bedding is uncomfortable due to flimsy pillows and blankets.

Try the buffet breakfast. it's worth the extra fee, and starting early ensures you don't miss it.

Stayed in the Twin Room Pool View. Loved the clean pool and nice location. Unfortunately, loud music outside made sleeping difficult.

Loved the breakfast! The staff was attentive, especially Sergio and Jennifer. Plus, this spot is on 10th Avenue, steps from awesome eats like Il Baretto and Tropical Restaurante. Oh, and Bovino's Churrascaria is just a short walk away for a meaty feast!
The included breakfast was always just scrambled eggs and coffee, with no extras allowed. The pool could use more frequent cleaning since it was full of leaves. It's a noisy area, but still buzzing with energy.

The location on 10th Avenue is fantastic, surrounded by countless dining options and just a short walk to the beaches. Clean and well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. However, the nights can be quite noisy due to nearby bars, which may disrupt light sleepers.

The location is perfect for those looking to shop and party, with plenty of options nearby. Breakfast staff provided excellent service, especially in the courtyard that adds a nice touch to the morning routine. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the pool left much to be desired, and I encountered issues with room cleanliness, notably in the bathroom. The noise from surrounding bars can be overwhelming at times, especially when stepping outside.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk from the beach. My sons loved swimming in the pool after a day of exploring. The breakfast staff were especially helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to start each day right.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from nearby bars made it tough for the kids to sleep.

A Hidden Gem in Playa del Carmen!
Enjoyed a delightful stay! The location was perfect, steps from the vibrant beach and cozy cafes. The continental breakfast at the nearby cafe was a great way to start the day. Do explore nearby salsa dancing spots for an exciting evening. Secure and peaceful atmosphere.

Excellent staff made for a pleasant experience, contributing to the friendly atmosphere. The well-maintained pool area was a great spot to unwind after a day exploring local attractions. However, the hotel was quite noisy at night due to nearby clubs, and the breakfast offerings were limited, making it tough to start each day on a high note. While the basic breakfast was filling, I found myself wishing for more variety or better options considering the surrounding dining scene.

Great spot for a group vacation! The location made it easy to hit lively bars like Coco Bongo and La Vaquita. Our room was clean, and the staff was super friendly. Pool vibes were nice, perfect for relaxing or grabbing a bite at the breakfast buffet.
We had some issues with noise from outside, especially from nearby bars. It might be loud for light sleepers. Also, no elevator in the building, so be prepared for some stairs.
